| Felt quite rubbish this morning so eventually dragged self out of bed, had some brekky and dashed off up the hill to get my parcel before post office closed. Disappointingly twas only half what I was expecting and totally could've fitted thru the postbox. pfft.
Up in 12.45, down in 12.15. Back down was really unpleasant cos breakfast had realised it had only been in my stomach 15mins and that this was not enough. |

| When I got back, more to stay outside and let sick feeling go away, went round the back and did some stretching and physio exercise on my ankle while it was nice and warm. The lines on my shin have just about faded now. Woo. |

| Played 2 rounds of T (10) with Neill then lost a set quite embarrassingly, though did whip out some nice aces, serves definitely getting better :) then whooped him at T again to salvage some pride.
Managed to mash my leg whilst acing him and now have some funky lines, that aren't fading, on my shin. |

| Jogged back from Weston Park with Neill really slowly, just so I could get a jog in for today, took it v easy and tried to cushion my steps as much as possible. |

| Just some quick exercises in the evening. busy day, week, month so not had much time lately, but back is beginning to remember that i bounced my socks off on friday...kinda... Hurrah for Ruth's bouncy castle parties. |

| Jogged to the station (16mins), then back into the village at home to get some bits and bats for me room (8mins), then from the village back home (8mins). All with my KIMM bag on, quite full so it was a bit more uncomfortable than wednesday, but again not much of a problem. Got a call and finally in to see the specialist in a couple weeks. Hopefully they can at least crack it back into place and i'll go back to core stuff at the very least. |
