Note
Went to doctors this morning to get ribs checked out - still really hurts when I breathe deep, sneeze or cough - thought it was pretty basic and would be able to get a referral to the osteo for some re-alignment.
Next thing I know, I'm being sent for x-rays - so spend morning at hospital -will know results in 3 weeks!! Surely that will be too late if it is anything I need to be worried about??!!
Anyway, plans to cycle to and from work have been scuppered - may go on turbo for a blast tonight.

Run from home to park - approx 20 mins
7 x lap of cricket pitch field (approx 800m on a slope - 2:50-2:35) 1 min recovery
