| Physical Training @ duntroon as part of work experience. did small (like 0.5km) warm up and then did part of their cross country course. Was pretty good 'cept for the wheeling back all the time so we could pick up the stragglers of the group. |
 | Hockey long (Team Building lol) 1:00:00 [5] | |

| team building excercise - huge hockey game in the middle of the afternoon - in camos. Veeerrrrryyyy hot. but fun. My team lost but only by few points so was ok. Interesting noticing that it took less time to get tired and puffed doing short and powerful runs than it did doing the 4.5km run this morning. |
 | Fitness Work (Low Ropes Course) 1:00:00 [3] | |
| slept:7.75 weight:127lbs (injured) shoes: Adidas pro-moderator |
| pretty much a very low low ropes course and we had to transport and bucket of water, a hoop and a jerry can full of water across without dropping any or people falling off. All this while the other team was trying to do the same - in the opposite direction. Was good fun, but again tiring using different muscle groups and strength areas than normal. |

 | Fitness Work (Army Physical Testing) 1:15:00 [5] | |
| slept:8.0 weight:127lbs (injured) shoes: Adidas pro-moderator |
| Physical testing - army style today. Extensive warm - fine, bunch of different speed of running and walking, plus stretches. Then down for pushups - entry to the Army requires females to do 8 full pushups - 21 and time ran out :D. Then 45 full sit ups for everyone - was mainly ok but started to die pretty severly in the last 10. Then the bane of my existence - beep test. So to get into army you have to do a 7.5 - RAAF only need to do 6.5...so I got to 6.5 and had to stop coz of my ankle, but ok with that - at least i know i can reach the minimum. |
 | Fitness Work (Wall Climbing) 45:00 [4] | |
| (injured) shoes: Adidas pro-moderator |
| like it says - rock wall climbing. pretty fun :) seriously outlined my need for better upper body strength though....:s...and the best bit...the heights thing didn't bother me like the last time a did rock climbing :D |

 | Fitness Work race (Army Obstacle Course) 30:00 [5] | |
| slept:7.5 weight:127lbs (injured) shoes: Adidas pro-moderator |
| so doing this work experience thing at duntroon involves a fair amount of high intesity physical excercise -which is awesome, but slightly painful. Lots of crawling, jumping, climbing, crawling, flinging and more crawling. excellent fun. anywayz we did half of their obstacle course a bunch of times - was very fun :D |
