After watching men's Wimbledon semifinals all day I went for an evening spin. Kept up a brisk pace because it felt good. Was listening to Radio Rock, pretty heavy stuff mostly, and it gave me the perfect aggression for this session.

KRV http://www.kainuunrastiviikko.net/toiminto.php?la=... starts on Sunday. My strategy is to avoid mistakes.

Easy "morning" session in the pool in Kumpula. And of course sauna, lunch at Unicafe (pancake was much better than last week) and 2 hours of sleep afterwards.
