| Sunday ride with the North Berwick guys - Longniddry, Pencaitland, Humbie, Gifford and East Linton (didn't feel too tempted to stop at home - mostly 'cos the car was in North Berwick!!). Riding a lot better than last week and actually felt like pushing it hard up the hills - still getting dropped on a couple of the longer ones though. It was cold (car thermometer was sub-zero) and I developed a new drink - the High 5 Slushpuppy!! Watch went completely bonkers after 90minutes - hopefully it just got cold. Back was getting a bit sore towards the end - need to start working on the core muscles again. |
