pretty early start at 7 but woke me up nicely long warm up then focussed on lifiting techniques. Was hard at first but got better quite quickly. Need to build some shoulder muscles to stop the bar digging in to my spine!!! Have booked in for a 121 session with Dave next Weds and also physio on the 16th. | ||

home - grindstone - graveyard - stables - allotments - mikes path - along top path - over golf course and into park by lodge moor - along through woods up to redmires - round back and up far side - straight line to head stone - down spur to rivelin dam - up to top - along to head of wyming brook - all the way back from there the same way. (from dave's long cos i didn't know wherei was going/had gone) really enjoyable and great weather. felt fine for most of it; legs felt really heavy up hills at end plus there was SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D | ||

really interesting session found out I have a weak trunk so she's given me some exercises to do on that also intersting to find out that my left hand side is stronger than my right even though th right is my dominant side. Tis all to do with putting the opposite side when kicking a football/ playing tennis. lots to work on :) | ||
