| Street scramble with Arianna (and Max for the first 15 minutes). We ended up walking quite a bit, as we were both feeling out of shape. We ended with 420 points, assuming we got everything - there was a problem with a 30 point control - the clue was for a garbage can that had been moved, so it wasn't in the control circle. (Or may have been in the control circle but was inside a locked and out of bounds area, I dunno.) 'Twas great fun. (Distance estimated based on measurements made at the start, may not be accurate.)
We originally had planned to pick up 2 more 20 point controls and a 50 point control, but after being slow and wasting time looking for the misplaced 30 point control we decided to cut them out.

| Stretching after my run. Hamstrings were cramping a bit when I tried to stretch quads, so I waited a bit and then stretched my quads. I need a full lower body ice bath... but really don't enjoy them. =/ |

| Ride to Marymoor Park. I pushed it a little too hard during miles 20-25 while I was trying to keep up with a group of fast people, and my quads are probably going to take a couple days to recover. WTB road bike and toe clips. =/
