| Ran the with Bobby around his neighborhood. You can see the route we took about a half mile down the trail then back out to the road. First time Bobby had been off the treadmill since he start running a month ago.

| Biked the 8 mile loop at Eddie Jones Park on the single speed. Felt much more confortable and faster. Legs felt strong | ||
