| Chamberlain UP 21.1km.
Scottish bag pipes at the start. Good tunr out of people. Nice course through the university grounds and surrounding suburb. Jacaranda trees full in bloom. Took the first 10k's easy. Just under 6 mins a kay. Felt the knees had no pain and increased the pace on average to 5min's a kay. Great race. |

| Virgin active mojo run. Sunninghill. Nice evening run with a group of people.
Enjoyed it and was happy that I hadn't any knee problems. I think it's fixed now but will still keep on doing the exercises as advised. |
