First run in 3 weeks and after a 10 day stay in the Hospital with life threatening faze of a pulmonary embolism.
Feeling much better but I will be on blood thinning med. for 6-12 months, but things are coming back to normal as I log this in.
My breathing felt out of sink for the last few months, but I thought it was due to the lack of training, although, i used to run good, usually on shorter dist. without much training, but lately(last 2-3 months) I was having issues with being able to get enough oxygen in my body, during any kind of run, but didn't had ant symptoms that would've make me think that I'm ill, until i had a serious attack and I almost stoped breathing at one point(part from getting some anxiety too).
Will have to take it easy for the next few weeks.
