Run at Beecraigs in the sunshine and felt good. Maybe I'm not as burnt out as I thought as I was - only 90secs slower than two months ago on this run but more likely it was because I ventured into some undergrowth, which slowed me down somewhat. Felt a lot better than I did on Wednesday that's for sure. Also helped by my new sooperdooperbooberscooper! Now converted thanks to Elle's recommendation. Thank you Shock Absorber...

Just me n Janine, in a depleted FVO style posse, went for a post MTBO run with achey bits through B of A, Mine and Hermitage Woods. Not feeling too good at all. I am definitely suffering some sort of burn out and require a few restful weeks. Next up is Crieff 10K and hoping to set a pb... we'll see.
