	Bit stiff and left knee complaining a wee bit. Feeling tired though.

	Event: Stockholm Halvmarathon
	Running race (Half Marathon) 1:32:15 [5]21.1 km (4:22 / km) vdot: 49.6

	Stockholm Halvmarathon. 40 sec slower than Göteborg but considering I've been under the weather this week think its an ok time. It was also pouring it down so it was difficult to stay warm before the start, ok when running but a lot of water on the roads. 34th place, 32nd place in Swedish Championships since there were 2 Brit's in front of me :-) ! 1st Anna Rahm 1.13.51 2nd Lena Eliasson 1.15.48 4.01, 8.33, 4.21, 4.11, 4.13, 4.27, 4.35, 4.23, 4.35, 4.22, 4.09, 4.22, 4.33, 4.31, 4.20, 4.33, 4.33, 4.28, 4.08, 4.47
