need to do all my assignments that i would otherwise be doing over the weekend so no time for intervals. really need to pack aswell.....

Monday Oct 6

Gym 55:00 [2]10 km (5:30 / km)
7 km on bike (was meant to do 10 but got a numb bum)
Treadmill for 15min fast/slow combo.

Didnt really want to go but flatmate was really keen so kinda got dragged there... took it easy as was pretty tired. Had had pretty much no sleep the night before so just wanted to go to bed.

Felt good after though - glad i did go.
