Ilgesnis krosas su eniss. tas noras prasibegti kainavo achilo skausmus paskutiniame rate ir apie begima teks pamirsti ilgesni laika. Bijau, kad gali tas ir ilgiau uzsitesti. Skausmas panasus koki turejau pernai. Dar net nepradejau sportuoti ir jau suluzau :(

Pabegiojau pries sprinta. pora kilometru prabegau, tada manksta padariau ir dar 1,5 km prasibegau.

VU krosas. Kadangi vel tapau studentu, tai teko sudalyvauti. Psichologiskai sunki distancija, nes nesu prates taip trumpai ir intensyviai dirbti, kai viskas uzsirugstina.
bet viskas gana sklandziai isejo, atbegau ketvirtas (4.08). Distancijos ilgis neaiskus, bet manau, kad max 1,4 km. gal siek tiek ir maziau. Issikvepavau kaip reikiant, paskui dar visa vakara kosejau :)

Su Piervij iveikem didvyriska atstuma - 15 km :) kadangi begosi gana lengvai, su pakilimu, tai eilini karta nusprendziau paimprovizuoti ir priespaskutini km iveikti greiciau. sugebejau isspausti tik 3.01. vis delto kaip neturiu as to greicio. deja, yra tep, o ne kitep :)
