Short walk with Rudi and Cash in field, nice now that the corn is harvested! Good warm-up for stretches.
Yoga poses for 20 mins after walk: situps, cat/cow, dwndog, standing.

Morning walk with Rudi, then 2 mile run with Cash. Ran faster than yesterday, there was a 'he's not mean' dog chasing us w/ his mom trying to get him to stop. She was in her bathrobe and using a baby voice on a pitbul, yeah right. Got me to pick up my speed for sure!

Include 10 mins of abs and a few yoga poses afterward. Trying to do more, few mins at a time.

Rudi is getting slow. Not sure her heel is getting better.
Ran w/ Cash, we crossed his 3 yr anniversary, now a big dog, no more puppy :(

Running in the dark always takes some getting used to. It has been twilight, up till now. I can not see poles to run intervals, not to mention, it is hard to run fast when you can not see where you are putting your foot. I will settle back into a comforatble pace until the days are long again.
