Today i am resting as i dont wont to get up early and im working.

Went on a run before work cause i was bored my km splits were:

Tuesday May 13

On yesty's bike ride i marked out a 1 km loop in the local park.
My spilts for each km i was:

We actually train for 90 min but i the first 40 minutes or so is skills slow boring and means nothing. Then we do fitness and finish of with a game against the higher division team we drew 2 all (wooo)

Monday May 12

MTB 56:15 [4] 12.15 km (4:38 / km)
I went for a ride in the bush today there is only sections of bush so i had to jump over roads to got from one section to another but it was mad fun on my new bike
Strength/flexibility 40:00 [3]
I did about 15 min of stretches then i did the plank for a minute, the thing were you hold your leg in the air for a minute, 50 push ups, and 50 sit ups then another 15 minutes of stretching to finish off.

Sunday May 11

Running intervals 23:33 [4] 5.5 km (4:17 / km)
I went for a run in my local park were i did 5 1.1km runs with a little walk in between my times were 4:27, 4:31, 4:36, 4:42, 4.57

Saturday May 10

Soccer (vs. Maitland) 1:30:00 [4]
It was a tough match evenly contested we lost 4-3 but i we had alot of attacking ball we just couldnt find the back of the net. We spent the most of the first half 2 men down but 2 came at half time. I played left back and i played heaps good i managed to cut down alot of the ball and in the last 25min I was aloud to make some nice runs into our attacking zone (because the older men were tired) but then i had to sprint back onto my man. I obviously played hte full 90 min.

I had a jog before the game and a bit of sprinting and a jog after soccer
