| we attached vest things to ourselves and a rope and we ran in the water. we also did some other excercises. i love the pool but we were in there for a while & not being heaps busy so i got cold. | ||

| also did tai chi & yoga. tai chi was amusing, ive got some pretty phat moves now. haha ;)
we did leg work (killer!) ab work (double killer!) & by the time we got to arm work i wanted to lie on the mat and go to sleep (can't sleep atm :O, dk why). at least they didnt make us lift stuff. i dont do weights. got a kinda nasty headache afterwards :( but i do wanna get back to yoga. i havent been stretching enough & i dont wanna get injured (we got another lecture on injuries today). i <3 childs pose. lol. also wanna get in the pool but dk if id be able to deal with the monotony of laps. | ||

| a bit longer cos i was having fun w my ipod. was all wet from the rain & i got plenty muddy. wasnt allowed to do the rogain today. grrrr.
i think i kept a aight pace. lol. im ready to go back school (i think). ill just have to change my sleeping patterns by 6 hours. phwoar! pilates & pool running tmow! im looking forward to it :) | ||

| got to the track & was told steeple had been cancelled. something about the mutli event this wend & not being able to get the steeples on track. steeples are such tanks, its their own fault really. lol. bit disappointed | ||

2laps warmup was so fast i died & got a stitch. then stretching. runthrus were intense- we did 6. hans also made us do 40situps and 20pushups. woaah! runthrus are becoming harder than actual training. 1 lap warmdown | ||

| started w four 200m, times: 31, 31, 32, 32. wish id worn my waffles. not v fast even tho we got walk back recov. had 10min break then five 150m, no times. felt like a solid nap. aaah slept till midday today, so good. almost had manic amounts of energy. had another 10min break then had seven 100m. more boys than girls at training. meh. sore now. walking up stairs = owiee. im busy tmow :O | ||
