| Morning run with Susanne, nothing too special. It was cold.
My back has been giving me trouble for the last couple of days, and it never really felt too good on the run. It has been shooting a pain down my left leg to my knee. May need a Physio. |

| Not a bad effort i thought. Though i struggled from the start with pain in my back after the camping the night before. So also suffered from a lack of sleep also. Made a few blues with navigation because of my rustyness with the sport and probably with the style of mapping. A good course and reminded me how awesome orienteering can be, though it sucks to be an orienteer in Adelaide. |
