I am pleased to announce a finalized plan for the 2015 junior summer trip. The goal of this trip is to give juniors an experience of high quality training and to gain experience racing internationally at a large event. I encourage all juniors interested in raising their skills to the next level to consider attending.

The purpose of this communication is for interested parents and athletes to start booking flights and complete entries for O Ringen.

Schedule:
Saturday July 11th Arrive in Zurich Switzerland.
July 12-17 training in the area around Egadin Scuol Swizerland. The site of JWOC 2016.
July 17th Zurich to Gothenburg Sweden and travel to O Ringen.
July 18-24th Competing at O Ringen
July 24-25th End of the trip leaving for personal travels or home.

Travel:
For athletes coming from JWOC this flight from Oslo to Zurich is Suggested:
OSL-ZRH ... Brussels Airlines Flights 2282 and 5107
12:00 pm - 4:25 pm
Layover in Brussels

For all people arriving in Zurich from the US or other locations flights that arrive by 6pm on July 11th would be great.

Traveling from Zurich to Gothenburg Sweden on the 17th this flight is suggested for all.

Departure from O Ringen can be as you arrange. We will make sure that all athletes get to the airport, bus, or train station as needed to travel on to the next location or home.

Accommodations, Transportation, and Food: We will be organizing this. More details to come once we have a better idea of the number of participants.

There is a 20% discount by April 1st. All juniors should run their age class and for Junior’s on the National Teams you should run the Elite categories of your age class.

Pricing and Cost: Once transportation, Accommodation, and Food is organized we will generate a cost per person per day. More details to come. Right now you are responsible for booking your own travel and completing your entry for O Ringen.

Who is Invited: All North American juniors 15 years and older are invited. Any juniors under the age of 15th must have a parent, legal guardian, or responsible older sibling with them on the trip.

Trip Guide Lines: This is an OUSA sanctioned event. In order to participate you must agree to abide by all safety and behavior measures, as laid out by the coaches and chaperones. Agreement to this will be collected prior to leaving for the trip.
