I don't know ...sounds like a pretty tough PT; complete disregard for the cards and demanding maximum number of reps everytime.

We did that same card game at ARK last week and I think it's the most engaged the kids have been so far this year. They actually enjoyed the "punishment" of burpees, lunges, planks etc.
