Hi All,
Registration is coming soon for the Colorado Camp Next weekend. I will post it here as soon as its up. If you have interest in attending please email me.

Here is the rough schedule:

We will meet at the Denver Airport around 2-3pm and drive to accommodations. Training schedule is as follows:

Training session #1 - Thursday, May 19, 1st evening training session 5-6pm, on Lake George map, Lake George, CO. Basic Skills

Training session #2 - Thursday, May 19, 2nd evening training session 6-7pm, on Lake George map, Lake George, CO. Distance Estimation

Training session #3 - Friday, May 20, morning training session 10:30am-12:30pm, on Buena Vista map, CO. Simplification

Training session #4 - Friday, May 20, 1st afternoon training session 2-4pm, on Big Sandy, CO. Control pick

Training session #5 - Friday, May 20, 2nd afternoon training session 4-6pm, Big Sandy, CO.O intervals

Training session #6 - Saturday, May 21, morning training session will be held in conjunction with the RMOC local event, 10am-1pm, on Manitou Park map, Woodland Park, CO.

Training session #7 - Saturday, May 21, 1st afternoon training session 2-4pm, on Blue Mountain map, Lake George, CO. Compass Skill

Training session #8 - Saturday, May 21, 2nd afternoon training session 4-6pm, on Blue Mountain map, Lake George, CO. Rough Map reading

Training session #9 - Sunday, May 22, morning training session 10am-12pm, on Round Mountain map, Lake George, CO.Multi Skills course

Training session #10 - Sunday, May 22, 1st afternoon training session 2-4pm, on Round Mountain map, Lake George, CO. Middle course

Training session #11 - Sunday, May 22, 2nd afternoon training session 4-6pm, on Round Mountain map, Lake George, CO. Contour Only

Training session #12 - Monday, May 23, morning training session 9-10:30am, on White Ranch, NW of Denver. memory training

Final training session (#13) - Monday, May 23, afternoon training session 1:30-2:30pm, on White Ranch map, NW of Denver, CO. Relay Training

Its recommended if you are going to the whole camp that you fly out after 5pm Monday or early Tuesday.

The training focus for this camp is on racing and quality. Most of the exercises will be between 2 and 5k with a focus on faster technical orienteering. This is also a specific focus camp for racing in Switzerland this summer.

There are two options for the camp. You can pay per training exercise or sign up for the whole camp which includes food, lodging, transportation, and training. Note Lodging is limited and priority goes to Juniors and team members.
