Discussion: big snake

Somebody saw a python near a control. Slow into that to punch, very fast exiting! He was still a bit hyper about 30 mins after seeing it.

I saw that Diamond Python near Control 9. Biggest snake ever!

My heart rate went up very fast! I tried to use one of those snake identification sheets to work out what type it was but I couldn't look at the pictures long enough, I have a feeling it was a python though. Although I saw it when I was on my way to 5 so either it wasn't as dead as I had hoped or it's got some friends.

possibly the same snake as your #5 (H3) was just over the ridge line to the east of Milo's #9 (H2) and your 4-5 could have taken you close
Hint: put your route on Routegadget so we can decide on 1 or 2 pythons, or even 1 very long one :-)
