Hi Boltboi
Can you please make your GPS traces not public and then upload to Eventor individually? Your sprint trace is currently being pulled into both the sprint and middle distance events and is throwing the CPs way out for the middle. I want to send an email to all competitors promoting TBT and this wouldn't look good!
Mind you, it looks like Craig's trace has buggered up the long distance event too since he appears to have started his GPS 15 minutes before the start (although it has him as not moving for that whole time).
Thanks
tRicky
Ricky Craig's route won't count if it's that out - I'll upload mine later today
Craig's routes are always out - I've uploaded a fair few Qld maps for him, and his route always gets binned. :)
Sprint and Long maps have been uploaded to TBT.
Craig's was out and it did indeed affect the course so you'll have to review your workings for TBT if you think it doesn't affect it ;-) I got him to trim the start and it immediately fixed the problem.
Juffy, I have just got the MDC map from DuncS so will forward to you.
Gees, TBT is pulling Boltboi's sprint file across to both the sprint and middle TBT courses but in Andrew Power's case, it's pulling both his sprint and middle traces to the sprint map!
Richard, your trace from the long must also be out as it's not trying to put control points anywhere!
My trace on the long fits perfectly but no controls circles at all?
But for the middle the Sprint map loads and the trace is where I went but the circles for Controls 1,2,3,4, 6 & 8 are way off to the East? Also there are two copies of my trace in the TBT structure?
Where should we upload GPS files?
Log into Eventor and go to each race and then "upload route" TBT picks them up from there.
Richard if you started (I think) more than 15s early or stopped more than 15 late it won't fall the circles off your trace.
I am pretty sure I started and stopped within a couple of seconds of my time at both ends.
On the middle some are fine others are way off?
Richard, your dot on the long ends early and you have a mark indicating the two times are different so I'd say something is wrong.
The middle ones are off no doubt because of the issue we presently have with TBT importing both the sprint and middle from some people's AP logs (namely Boltboi's and PowA's) and trying to cram them into the same map. Doesn't matter if they don't directly affect your course because you'll have some common controls that are impacted.
Cam made some interesting route choices on the long course
Where is that located? I think he is the one guy on the weekend I didn't know. Craig even asked me who he was and they're both from Qld! Apparently he doesn't ride over there, much like Iyke doesn't ride over here (lives in Denmark yet is registered with Victoria).
Looks like I may have tripped Craig up on 13-14. If he'd gone down one more level after leaving 13 he'd have been right but seems he didn't want to take the slow track once near 13 and so went much further to go out on the bitumen for a short distance.
there are heaps of traces on strava flybys.

Not sure link will work if you don't have an account. 13 riders have shown up on the flyby app
More than on TBT.
I notice a few people - you, Cam, Rob B - missed that first junction on River Rd (after the descent out of the start) or did they all just change their minds?
I see Daniel did not turn off his GPS and flys off the stage NW at the end!
I don't think Daniel turned on his brain before the events... they were late starters on two of them.
Interesting to look at flybys
I changed my mind when i saw it didn't look as steep as how i had interpreted the contours
Yeah there wasn't really a lot of steep stuff out there, just a lot of long, gradual climbs. Not to say there weren't a few short, steep sections...
