You are a force of nature. Have you done much exploration of Boston? Have you ever been to the Middlesex Fells or the Blue Hills? Both have delightful trails called the "Skyline" which are rugged and seemingly go over every hill in the respective parks. I'd be delighted to introduce you to them if the opportunity arises.

You should be able to follow the paths all the way to Forest Hills (end of the orange line), where you can connect into either the arboretum, or Franklin Park. There are O maps of the southern bit of the arboretum (Peters Hill), and the northern wooded area of Franklin Park.

Ian, I haven't explored Boston a ton yet. But I am going to Middlesex Fells tomorrow, so I'll get to see the trails there! I am somewhat limited in my transportation options, so if you're ever going, I'd love to tag along.

Ed, looking at a map I think I ran pretty much right to the Forest Hills stop! Is there any way I could get the maps of the arboretum and Franklin Park?

Tyra, we will definitely have to get a group trip to the Fells Skyline going. It is the glorious trail with white blazes. Are you going to be in Boston on Thanksgiving or over the December 9-10 weekend?

Yes I'll be around for both of those weekends!
