The alarm went off at 5:45 and after a delicious morning coffee I was on the treadmill downstairs by 6:10!

Fair enough, you know you could have been outside though which was much nicer than in a basement.

I told you...I can do cold OR dark but not both! Well I am sure I can but sticking inside on my treadmill with some inspirational running movies seemed like the way to go yesterday morning!

What's your definition of cold? I did this run in just a long sleeve it was so warm outside.
