Here's one that should be submitted: Delete the sentence Teams taking part in mass starts for later legs are placed after all teams which have changed over and finished in the ordinary way. from Rule 24.7. We should just add up the times in my view.

Or better: Don't have mass starts at championship relays, just a maximum time. Problem solved.

The second mass start in our club relays on the weekend involved just one person so it was more of a start without any mass about it.
