Great race, Tiny! Obviously, your nav must have been close to perfect, and your running legs are getting faster all the time. You're a top contender in every event now.

Good job Tiny Tim. Keeping with MBRs winning tradition per usual and you got the elusive co-ed podium that I've been coveting over the years. What happened to EJ (thought he was initially going to race)? I see though that you got the Big Dyck as backup, always a good choice;)

EJ found out he had to go to Vancouver for work, so we had to make the sub. We're still debating if this was an improvement or not. EJ had been working really hard on his taper for this race. :)

HA! He always 'tapers' for the race and then complains of being 'slow'. Either way I think you would have done fine. That Kempster and her team did a soild job in a tough co-ed category for a first time RTH. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Way to go Bash - you gave Tiny the "warm and fuzzies" and he even wrote about it!

Congrats Tim! I was looking at the splits and you did go through CP8 just ahead of Beowulf. So how did you go by me without me seeing you? I was at the junction of the two creeks.

Congrats again.

Up on the hill? Hmm that' hard to say, once we punched we just tried to find the easiest way to get up to the tracks. I didn't really pay attention to the exact route because it didn't really matter, we were on the east side of both creeks. We must have just missed you, because when we got to the top the Jetsons were just running about 200 m ahead of us.
