Can't unfortunately i've exams then :( Yeah it seems like that! I kind of took a while off there to see if k actually liked running and it turns out I do. Now I'm just trying to build the base back up but I'm awfully slow. It's kind of more enjoyable now though that I've decided I like it if that makes sense?

Also I see you've gone hard-line for this marcothon. Not a fan of the 25minute option?

Ah that sucks, but good luck with the exams. And yay for liking running, absolutely :) The strange thing about the marcothon is that my weekly volume is pretty consistent (if you ignore Australia), just now all I do is lots & lots of 5k's. So - probably limited use but at the same it's an interesting thing to do, see what my legs make of it all.
25 minute option may come into play soon as I start work tomorrow!
