Top class run, well done! You should listen back to the commentary... you go from not mentioned to who’s this to he’s doing pretty well to he’s a revelation! Not a revelation to us (orienteers) of course :-D Really great to watch!

Thanks! I've watched the coverage now and it is quite funny. I've definitely had a sub 14 in the in the past, what with my times in the road and the 10,000, so it is funny how fixated they get on the fact that my pb was 14.20.. I surprised myself with how far sub 14 though!
