Yes, Siri and I are making a road trip out of it. Should be some good, quality sister time

Bring bug spray. 100% deet, perhaps. The quantity, speed, and voracity varies locally, but it is really buggy up here.

Sounds like you had a tough start position for the sprint relay. And it sounds like you had a good race. Don't beat yourself up too much, you have just had a summer of great experience racing at a high level. How much stronger will that make you in a few years?

I also agree the high level race experience will have been amazing and serve you well! And you did very well! I’m sure you’ll kick my butt at NAOC from all this training and that’s me training just for NAOC just now!

So enjoy your road trip with sis and very much looking forward to seeing you soon :)
Tori anything else we should not go without? Hadn’t thought about bug spray :/ (no real midges here I forgot about bugs :o)

If the place you're staying doesn't have blackout curtains, or if you're sharing a room, you might consider a face mask. Still not much dark to night up here. We're finding it's ok as long as we are discipline about going to bed on time...watch time!
