Discussion: SI Sticks for cheap

I am here in Houston and we're looking at implementing SI. We have a large JROTC population so we're looking for different options to minimize the startup costs for the schools. Does anyone have a pile of old SI cards or know of someone who does that would be willing to sell them for a cheaper than the buying a new SI-8?
