for doing amazing on the half and choosing the best year ever to leave the Great White North. We had almost a solid 5 weeks of a deep freeze.

Thanks Bina. I was super happy (and surprised) that I could still run that fast over that distance with nothing but a lot of kitesurfing in my legs!!

Yes, I am glad to be missing winter this year. Not missing home yet, but with just 7 weeks left, I’m starting to turn my thoughts to Calgary. Can’t wait to catch up when I get back. I’m home from May 3-May 8. Let’s make sure we do dinner one of those nights.
