The entire team has arrived in Sarpsborg. We woke up to heavy rain this morning. We're going out on the wet model and visiting the technical model before attending opening ceremonies tonight.

All of our Instagram posts should make it on to Facebook but it's looking like it's taking some time.

The cheerleaders are all set. We’ve got flags and bells. Good luck in the middle qual.

Not official yet but it looks like Anton and Asne, while not making the top 15, qualified under the rules of "top country winner who's not 100% behind heat winner." Anton was 20th place, about 6 minutes back; Asne was 24th in her heat, about 10:30 behind the leader.

For Canada, Emily Kemp qualified in 14th; Jan Erik Naess is the likely Canadian male qualifier in 23rd place.

Great middle race by Anton!! Is Brian May's 44th place from 2003 in danger as the best US men's middle WOC result?
