Discussion: dog poo

the best (worst) is the poo are that is next to every car park in UK - the owners carefully bag the poo, carry it round the walk then hang the bag on a tree branch next to hte car park... The thought process to do this leaves me speechless!

Are there bins? Our local council has a roll of dog poo bags by the lamppost, and a bin a few metres away. It seems to work.
