Dunno. All I know is there still a dull persistent ache from my shoulder blade and biceps tendon, with flare ups if I get my arm in certain positions. Can ride the spin bike, but can't put weight on that arm for more than about 5 minutes at a time.
Your calf seems to be improving?
It has stopped improving I think. Heel raises I can manage maybe a couple of inches off the floor before I just run out of power / movement. The muscles just won't contract enough.
Shoulder/arm - I have something in mine that means when I lie on my back in "cactus" position, my right elbow/hand cannot touch the floor. And when it triggers, it's like a massive "growing pains" type thing. I have to stretch the arm under and out and massage the front of the shoulder at the top of my arm. It's because I sleep on that side mostly, and my shoulder gets hunched forward and up to my ear all teh time.
