Ewan built one on Christmas eve - he's still there... somewhat wizened and shrunken, but now has a core of ice :-)

I’m not surprised :-)
I didn’t expect “Tom” to survive the attentions of local Toms Cairn hoodlums though, particularly since he’s on the top of the cairn, so I’ve been pleasantly surprised. He’s been appearing in people’s Strava summit photos too. Nice to be able to check up with the binos!
