That's pretty cold, and tough that it is cold enough to keep you away from your rower. We have had a pretty easy time of it this winter. Today it is cold enough that nothing much is melting, sunny enough that it is quite pleasant out on snowshoes, and no Wyoming style wind today.
And it'll be ten more days before we escape this Polar Vortex! Snow is piling up; every night we get another couple of inches despite near zero at night. Half an hour with the shovel doesn't equal a 5k piece, but it is definitely working a different set of muscles...which I guess is good too.
BTW I'm glad to see your right hand showing improvement, despite pretty regular daily rowing. Could you be gradually strenghening that problematic arm with your rowing consistency?
It's the L that gives me problems, and I have to be a little careful not to push it too much with the rower. I'll have a talk with my trainer, Eric when I see him on Thursday. He didn't come this morning, a little concerned about the snow. I am a little concerned about driving in the snow, but we're doing it anyway today. Rhonda has a medical appt in NYC.
