Not convinced currently. It wasn't feeling right when I was running today. Hoping that it is just annoyed because it hasn't been working quite right and that with reduced inflammation it will work better? I dunno
Its moving better. Still lots of sore spots, but the sharp pains seem to have eased
That's good news. Hopefully, that will give everything a chance to calm down?
My shoulder is getting worse. I'm expecting to have to consider the same thing. Am going to chat to physio next week. But my main focus at the moment is getting full function back in my right leg
Try exercises that pull the shoulder blades together. And concentrate on pulling them back and down as much as possible.
Seated or standing rows with good form - straight back, shoulders low, pinching shoulder blades together, pull straight toward the chest. Can use a band for this
Other exercises too, that dont come.straight to mind. I'll write more later probably
I've been doing a fair amount of that in yoga.
I think I sleep on it badly.
