Any idea on the timing of the Friday event? Will it be possible to leave Portland on Friday morning and get there in time?

We'll have assigned check-in times between 9 and 11 am on all 4 days. I'll pick a later check-in time for you for Friday. Plan on a 3 hour drive from Portland and that will give you time for a stop at Joe's donuts in Sandy :-)
So if you leave your house at 7 you should be able to get to a 10:45 check-in time.

Re: check-in times - a number of us have small kids and would like to coordinate check-in times when possible to make sure someone is around to watch the kids. Is this an option? Looking forward to the event!

For those with small kids, please choose the check-in time that works best for your plan and we will work around last minute adjustments. Thanks for bringing the kids.
For all others, please plan to arrive at the Event Center at your assigned check-in time to avoid crowding. You can adjust your check-in time up to the day before the event by sending us a message.
