So...Sunday I turned on my Garmin at the start, and it gives me the usual workout recommendation. Except that Garmin said "You fool, go back to bed and rest!" That long took it out of me.
I've done two itty-bitty runs this week, and it still said chill and not push. Today was a rest day, and it patted me on the back for sufficient chilling and decreased my recovery time. Just in time to catch whatever Jon and Anna have and need to sleep through the weekend, but whatever.
So yeah, wow - I bet that was a tough run and I'm impressed you got through it! Recover well. ;-)

thanks! yeah I probably should have taken a lot more rest this week to recover but there's only 3 weeks between JWOC TTs and WOC TTs, and I know I'm gonna taper zhe last week before WP, so I wanted to get two full weeks of training in before that.

Got a place to stay at WP? We are at bunkhouse at Lake Frederick. We have room for 1 more. Could also rent another bunkhouse if desired…(sleeps 8).
