Discussion: Orienteering on Facebook

What Facebook pages, that are not club specific but more of general orienteering community themed pages that include maps, route analysis, headcam videos, etc., do you know and follow?

Orienteering USA (naturally), IOF, Orienteering Community, Orienteering Mappers Intl.

I also monitor the Facebook pages/groups of most of the US Orienteering Clubs...

21sledge is my favourite Facebook page. Perfect combo of orienteering and making fun at others expenses. Highly reccomended by only the best of the best.

Although I suspect a fair bit of it (not least the name) would go over the heads of non-Australians.

It is worth following for an interesting educational exercise, broaden the mind and plan to o-travel :)

A more grassroots Orienteering community with a lot of input from Asia and 'second level' European orienteering countries. We are welcome to post questions and open discussions.

@TrishTash you may be over selling 21Sledge, I can't see much action until we start ramping up for next year's event in SA at Easter (if you ignore Ferg's drivel :) )

Ferg or ChatGPT?

I dunno. I'm hoping there is still some fun to be had in the planning for Sledgefest 2024. Though Ferg's addiction to chatGPT is concerning and probably worsening due to his tragic mispunch. Sledgers may have to host a intervention for him.

Hey gord, in the 21Sledge FB page that's TrishTash dressed as Dorothy (I'm not a member of the page or of FaceBook so can't comment on there). I'm the camouflaged guy wearing the fluoro pink vest, so not very camo. Shingo is wearing the pink and black skeleton shirt.
