I see you decided to do some planning in your training routing too.
I am using Jack Daniels plans since 1995, you just showed me how to put it into Attackpoint log - That is great idea, before it was only on paper for years
That actually wasn't my idea, my big brother did the same planning in AP log this year. As for my plan, I'll keep only "quality" workouts as notes, omitting any "Easy" runs (too many entries).
