Bummer your hips are sore. Be sure to stretch after a run. If you have to get back to work, try and stretch after dinner when you are watching TV. Maybe some ice when you are back at your desk. I love those squishy blue ice packs, they are clean and easy to bend to your body. 20 mins at a time max, try 2x a day?
You kicked ASS girl! I love running with you we seem to puch eachother just enough, like when I said 1 more mile to 5 and you said "no" but just kept running!
