I'd say definitely do all the exercises!

My knee pain actually went away from PT, so it can work sometimes! Wow I sound like an advertisment ;-).

I know PT takes ages, but it definitely won't work unless you do all the exercises & if you don't, then you won't know if they would or wouldn't have worked anyway.

good luck & Sweden sounds awesome!!!

I agree with Holly! You really have to do all of the PT exercises. I was silly and started out doing all of mine for my knee, but that lasted about a week or so before i got bord of them and decided i didn't have time. Than i started only doing a few of them so i could tell myself i did something. I noticed a big difference when i only did a few of them! The next few times i went out running my knee hurt a little bit, but i told myself it was nothing my legs were just tired. Than my mom started doing the exercises with me for a little bit and than my knee problems went away. Now my knee doesn't bug me anymore :) I'm not sure if it was from the PT stuff or not, or just stretching more, or something else. However i think the PT stuff helped it go away faster and i still do some of the stretches from it every time i stretch.

So Keep it up Catherine!!!! And hopefully this will be the last time you have to do PT stuff!!!! and enjoy Sweden!
