Is anyone going to be at the BAOC (China Camp) meet this weekend who would let me borrow a map of one of the parks around Stanford? (I'll even mail it back to you!) I'm in the area until the 18th and discovered the running around my hotel is less than ideal,,,I'm also happy to take a scan to my email if you've got a scanner handy.
Thanks!

Hi Victoria, I tried to send an email, but it didn't go through. Some south bay orienteers meet twice a week for runs. They probably have good advice, but I don't think any are on attackpoint.

You can reach them with the baoc training email list. Or I can put you in touch with them directly.

The South Bay training group meets twice a week. On Tuesdays we do a hill workout at Freemont Older Open Space in Cupertino. We leave promptly at 7:30 pm from the junction of Regnart Canyon Rd and Monrovia St in Cupertino http://tinyurl.com/ypa25s

On Thursdays we run intervals at De Anza track at 7:30 pm.

Maybe we'll see you at the hill session tonight?

Thanks, Benn and Tapio! I'll come to the Thursday workout if it's not too far (I'm at Moffett Field). I'd love to have company - two night on my own has not been inspiring thus far. If nothing else, I'll see you Sun.

Guess I'd better go update my email address.

Do you have a car? If so then I can bring a Montebello map.

Cool! Anything you have would be much appreciated - I don't do well with urban (or suburban) jungle. I do have a car, so I'll see you tonight. Someone has to bring up the rear of the interval workout! ;-)

Well.... actually I won't be there tonight, but I will bring the map to China Camp - hopefully you'll still have time to run on it.

Thanks, Mikkel - I have another week, so I'll have plenty of time. Assuming I survive the hill workout on Tues - I can't keep up with Tapio!
;-)
