Discussion: blue potatoes?

... what are those?

they are blue. really freakin blue. apparenty it is the same chemical that make grapes and delphiniums blue, just in potatoes. looked for recipes online so far I think they are saying to keep the freaky blueness happening, you need to go for baking not boiling but not sure beyond that. will post results of expts, trying to get the cooking mojo back a bit.

oh okay that's good. I was thinking it was pine beetles, just how they turn pine wood blue after a period of time ;)

oh, like Defective potatoes, no I did this purchase on purpose!
