What happened in the past six months? Did your injuries start playing up again?

I've been doing the minimum after city to surf, but fell out of the routine of logging. I went to Europe for a few weeks in September, and had to study heaps when i got home. Now i'm back into a routine :)

How have you been? Training for anything?

My only goal at the moment is to get back to personal best level, but I haven't trained regularly in the last few months due to too many holidays...

Personal best, would that be one of the summer series seasons?

You doing any events coming up? There's some good ones approaching - freeway bike ride; john forrest x-country; bridges 10k; darlington half marathon; and of course the nav dash!

I was at personal best level around April 2007, when I ran the bridges under 40 and won a few sprint series events.

I'll probably do the bike hike and as many nav dash events as I can. Not sure about anything else yet, but definitely not a HM in the foreseeable future. Are you planning to do all the events you mentioned?

Yep, all but Darlington.
