yeah thats a pr by like 13 sec. but I could have gone faster cause I slowed down on my 3rd lap cuz iwas afraid I was gonna die by the end and t.j. got first with a time of 5:13 matt got third with a time of 5:16 and I came inh fourth with a time of 5:17 so yeah we pretty much dominated : )
