Hi Greg,

Are you able to help design/organize training for this Saturday? Please let me know one way or the other. If yes, let's nail down where and when.

It is where you want it to be. We are staying at the DeWitts on Saturday and doing Sessions Woods on Sunday.

Ansonia? Where do you recommend? I would like to do a sprint training, too. How about a run at Bethel Schools? We can email Joe/George/Rick/etc. to get you what you need.
