hey, are you going to move here in the Fall?? Please?? Think of all the great XC ski training you can do at the Nordic Centre and in the mountains with all the uber XC guys around here. We can do some ski touring....

And if you need somewhere to stay.....I can support your semi-professional athletic career with an offer of my basement. Although, even I admit that there is a BIG different between Calgary and Canmore. You can't exactly walk out the front door with your skis on.
